Myacuity.org runs a simple vision test. To start, please enter the email address you want results to be sent to.
Next choose either "Take test now", or if you are a clinician who needs a patient to take the test later, choose "Make a link".
The link-option allows a patient to take the test and have results sent to the address you entered. Note that the results-message contains no identifying data aside from the patient’s email address.
